Welcome to zocron.com (the "Site"), operated by Zocron, LLC ("Zocron," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern your use of zocron.com only. Kinleaf is a separate product with its own terms of use, which govern your use of that product directly. Please refer to getkinleaf.com for that.
1. About the Site
zocron.com is an informational website about Zocron, LLC and the products we build, including Kinleaf. The Site does not process payments, create accounts, or collect health information. Those functions live within the individual products we offer.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, and the Zocron name and mark is owned by Zocron, LLC or its licensors, unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (such as viewing the Site in your browser). The Kinleaf name, logo, and mark is also owned by Zocron, LLC (or its affiliates), and nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use that mark outside of referring to the product itself.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to: - Violate any applicable law or regulation - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems - Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation - Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site in an automated manner without our permission

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zocron, LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
